Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your EarthScale Wellness purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
